How All Cleaning Miami Works

Our process is designed to keep pricing clear, onboarding simple, and cleaning quality consistent whether you need a one-time project, recurring janitorial support, or specialty service across Miami.

1. Tell us about the property

Everything starts with a short conversation about the space, the service type, the size of the property, and the urgency of the request. We use this first step to understand whether you need recurring maintenance, a one-time reset, a move-out clean, carpet care, post-construction cleanup, or a more customized scope.

The more context you provide, the more precise we can be about next steps. Photos, square footage, building access notes, and the current condition of the space are especially helpful for accurate planning.

2. We review the site and build the scope

Some projects can be quoted from detailed information alone, but many are best handled after a walkthrough. During that review, we evaluate traffic patterns, floor types, bathrooms, kitchens, windows, specialty surfaces, access constraints, and any areas that need special attention.

This allows us to define what is included, what may require add-on pricing, and how much time the crew should realistically need. It is how we avoid vague promises and produce scopes that are useful in the real world.

  • Recurring office cleaning may focus on restrooms, trash, touchpoints, kitchens, floors, and entry glass.
  • Deep cleaning may add detail work, edge work, interior glass, baseboards, and higher-touch reset tasks.
  • Move-out, post-construction, and specialty jobs often require extra labor and staged sequencing.

3. You receive a clear plan and starting price logic

After we understand the site, we send a quote or proposal built around the property itself. Where the website uses starting-at language, the proposal turns that general market guidance into a real scope, real schedule, and real price based on your location and requirements.

For recurring service, we can also recommend frequency, supply handling, communication notes, and optional add-ons so the plan is easier to manage over time.

4
4. We confirm service timing and access

Once approved, we coordinate the visit window, site entry instructions, any onsite contact details, and special building rules. For commercial properties, that can include COI requirements, freight elevator windows, alarm instructions, or loading dock procedures.

For residential and turnover jobs, it may include gate codes, key placement, pet notes, or staging instructions for before-and-after access.

5
5. The crew performs the approved scope

On service day, the team follows the approved checklist rather than improvising. That keeps the work consistent and makes it easier to inspect results. If site conditions are materially different from what was expected, we communicate before expanding the scope.

Our goal is to leave the property cleaner, easier to manage, and more professional in appearance without wasting time on preventable confusion.

6
6. We close the loop after service

After one-time services, we remain available for questions, follow-up, and future maintenance planning. For recurring accounts, we use service notes, periodic inspections, and client feedback to keep the scope aligned with the way the facility is actually being used.

That feedback loop is a major part of long-term quality. Buildings change, staffing changes, and traffic patterns change, so strong cleaning programs need a structure for adjustment.
